WHY WE STARTED
Every Small Business Deserves Real Leadership
We built Kornerstone because we watched too many talented, hard-working small business owners struggle with problems that had nothing to do with their core skill. Great plumbers running terrible businesses. Brilliant consultants drowning in HR chaos. Creative entrepreneurs unable to scale because they had no financial systems.
These owners weren’t failing for lack of effort or talent. They were failing because they lacked access to experienced operators who could help them build the foundation that every growing company needs.
That’s the gap we exist to close. We bring the experience, tools, and operational rigor of enterprise-level leadership — scaled for the real-world budgets and priorities of small and mid-size businesses.
